Week 7 - Post presentation reflection

    The concept of anonymous recruitment isn't exactly new, but I feel like our group has really managed to incorporate recent innovations with technology, making it more achievable than ever. According to the Interaction Design Foundation, “Ideation is a creative process where designers generate ideas in sessions” and overall, I'm happy with how our initial ideation phase panned out. I feel like we have a solid team with a variety of experience and interests. Designers of user experiences are in charge of resolving real-world issues. They must empathise with their consumers, understand their wants, and come up with new, inventive solutions in order to do this (Stevens, E., 2021). One member of the group is actually part of a start-up developing PPE for the prevention of pathogen transmission. Another member of our group has actually experienced workplace-related bias and their input has been extremely valuable. We're now moving into the prototyping phase and I'm feeling confident that our idea is very applicable to the real world, making it really easy to be passionate about.
